Lunch time activity

The Thursday activity has been changed from a Step Class to the following two activities at the Rec Centre.

Join one of the sessions on Thursday, 12.05-12.50pm at the Rec Centre:

  • Body Blast Express: doing (body weight) exercises and cardio at the same time. Great for your steps. No fancy footwork.
  • REV - try an indoor cycling class. 40 minutes of vigorous cycling is worth 8,000 steps!

First in, first serve - just mention to the Rec Centre you are part of the Step it Up Challenge. You have to show your pedometer as evidence!
