Wellness Ambassadors

Wellness Ambassadors are invaluable for ensuring that all staff members receive information about wellness opportunities available to them.

It does not require a lot of time, just a little bit of enthusiasm!

As a Wellness Ambassador you:

• -Are the first to know about the latest wellness events and activities
• -Help promote upcoming events and activities to your colleagues
• -Encourage colleagues to participate
• -Provide constructive feedback on the wellness programme
• -Receive inspirational wellness information throughout the year
