Phase one: Now until 3 May

Prepare your personal plan

In this phase you will develop your personal plan. What are your personal goals? How will you achieve them? Use the following services provided by Jodie Collins to find inspiration and ideas and have your plan ready for the challenge. Check out all services available to you.

Phase two: 3 - 28 May

The four week Eat Well Challenge

Now your plan is ready you can get on with it! Weekly throughout the challenge you will be motivated and inspired to keep on track with an email containing

  • Frequently asked questions of nutritionist Jodie Collins. They might be helpful to you
  • Inspirational material on nutrition related topics
  • Self evaluation exercises to monitor your progress

Phase three: After the challenge

Evaluate and replan

Where do you go from here? With self evaluation exercises on what went well, what didn't and how to overcome it in the future, you will be able to make a new plan and continue eating well.
