The Eat Well Challenge is all about achieving your personal nutritional goals. With a little bit of help you will develop your own challenge: set personal goals, make an action plan and get on with it!
Throughout the challenge you will be motivated and inspired to keep on track. Nutritionist Jodie Collins will be here to help. Learn about eating well, find out what works for you, take action and overcome barriers.

Sign up and get started. It’s easy:
- Log in -using your Wellness Week account details- and sign up for the Eat Well Challenge before 3 May
- Go to the Eat Well Toolkit and get started
- Develop your personal plan. Use all the services and tools to help you.
- Take part in the Eat Well Challenge 3 - 28 May
