U Leisure contracts out space to the catering operators and retail shops at The University of Waikato.

The catering operators are based in the School of Education, Student Union Building, Eastside, Oranga buildings and the banks shopping area.

Other buildings managed, wholly or partially, by the company are the Don Llewellyn Sports Pavilion, the Students' Union Building, the Shops, the Cowshed, and the Rec Centre.
